Explanation
(This amendment transfers funding provided for cabin construction at James River State Park to a capital project to construct cabins at Bear Creek State Park. The James River State Park cabin construction will be completed with existing resources, but additional funding is needed to complete the 20 cabins included in the Bear Creek State Park master plan. The funding will be used for seven new cabins, six two-bedroom cabins and one handicapped accessible three-bedroom cabin.)
