(This amendment provides $444,000 from the general fund each year to expand the Life Skills Transition Program at the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center to 150 youth. The program provides life skills training and pre-employment services to youth between the ages of 18 and 22 who have severe and/or complex disabilities and are either in high school or have dropped out.)
