(This amendment transfers funding and positions in each year for Facility Administrative and Support Services (49800) in the Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation to the newly created Office of Sexually Violent Predator Services within the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, pursuant to House Bill 1037. A companion amendment in Item 311.10 establishes the new office and moves the funding and positions to that item.)
