Page 153, after line 5, insert:
"D. The operating appropriation for the fund source Higher Education Operating in this Item shall be considered a sum sufficient appropriation, which is an estimate of the amount of revenues to be collected for the educational and general program under the terms of the management agreement executed between the College of William and Mary and the Secretaries of Finance, Administration, Education, and Technology, as approved in § 4-9.03 of this act."

Explanation
(This amendment provides sum sufficient appropriation for educational and general program revenues collected by the College of William and Mary under the terms of the management agreement approved in this act. This provision was inadvertently omitted in the introduced budget.)
