Explanation
(This amendment provides $1.1 million GF in the first year to replace appoximately 50 percent of funds lost due to the change the composite index of local ability to pay for those four school divisions whose composite index increase was greater than 0.0500 from the 2004-06 biennium to the 2006-08 biennium.)
