"The Commissioner of Health, in cooperation with the Department of Social Services, the Department for the Aging, the Department of Emergency Management, the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman, and representatives of Virginia's Area Agencies on Aging shall study the adequacy of emergency preparedness plans for the residents of special needs facilities that serve Virginia's senior citizens.  The Commissioner shall report his findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly no later than the first day of the 2007 Regular Session of the General Assembly in a format that shall be posted on the General Assembly's website."
