(This amendment restores funding to the regional health planning agencies that was reduced during the 2002-04 budget reductions. Language is added to require the regional health planning agencies to report on the provision of primary care to uninsured persons, nursing home patient origin and hospital utilization during the 2006-08 biennium.)
