Page 241, after line 52, insert:
"M.  Out of this appropriation, $390,000 the first year and $390,000 the second year shall be provided to the Bay Aging as a matching grant to expand adult day health care services for frail elderly individuals."

(This amendment provides funding to Bay Aging (a local Area Agency on Aging serving the Counties of Essex, Gloucester, King and Queen, King William, Lancaster, mathews, Middlesex, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland) to expand their Adult Day Break Services programs in partnership with local churches. These programs provide adult day health care services to caregivers of frail elderly and disabled individuals who are eligible for nursing home placement.)
