Explanation
(This amendment provides funding to Bay Aging (a local Area Agency on Aging serving the Counties of Essex, Gloucester, King and Queen, King William, Lancaster, mathews, Middlesex, Northumberland, Richmond, and Westmoreland) to expand their Adult Day Break Services programs in partnership with local churches. These programs provide adult day health care services to caregivers of frail elderly and disabled individuals who are eligible for nursing home placement.)
