A. Included in statewide vehicle management services is an internal service fund derived from charges to agencies for those services. The estimated cost for this internal service fund is $13,829,191 the first year and $13,829,191 the second year.
B. Also in this Item is $300,000 the first year from the general fund to install ethanol blend (E-85) fuel storage and dispensing facilities in Richmond, Hampton Roads, and northern Virginia to service state-owned flexible fuel vehicles. An additional $150,000 the first year from the general fund is included to promote public/private E-85 refueling facilities in those areas.
