Explanation
(This amendment provides $168,775 the first year from the general fund to Willie Neville Davidson as relief for his wrongful incarceration. Mr. Davidson was exonerated on the basis of DNA evidence in fiscal year 2005 for the crimes for which he spent 11 years in prison.)
