"B.  The Department of Motor Vehicles shall transfer ownership of one surplus mobile customer service center to the Piedmont Regional Criminal Justice Training Academy in the City of Martinsville on such terms as shall be worked out between the two parties."

Explanation
(This amendment transfers one of the four unused mobile customer service centers owned by DMV. The mobile centers were closed as part of the department's efforts to reduce expenses. The transfer of the surplus property has an estimated impact of some $50,000 to the general fund.)
