(This amendment supports the continued monitoring of the Elizabeth River. The program tracks trends in water and sediment quality in the River. Funding was removed in the 2003 General Assembly Session. This level of funding provides the minimum amount to maintain the program and prevent gaps in the timeseries data being collected.)
