Explanation
(This amendment provides an increase of $572,000 from the general fund each year to 7 of the 16 Centers for Independent Living (CILs) that do not have the minimum funding level of $250,000 each year that is needed to provide core services. The requested funding would provide sufficient funding to provide core services in CILs in Danville, Fredericksburg, Grundy, Harrisonburg, Lynchburg, Manassas, and the Eastern Shore.)
