Explanation
(This amendment provides a $55,000 general fund grant the first year to Black Women United for Action to support the Chantilly Mews Family Preservation Project. The project, which has been in place for ten years, provides "at-risk" children with opportunities to gain educational experiences and historic and cultural awareness.)
