(This amendment provides additional general fund dollars to the Chesapeake Bay Local Assistance Department to support the addition of 12 local district employees to assist with the preparation of the agricultural conservation plans required of farmers under the provisions of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act. These additional local employees will serve 13 districts in the coastal plain region of Virginia.)
