Page 264, after line 47, insert:
"BBB.  Out of this appropriation, the Department of Medical Assistance Services shall use such funds as necessary to develop a model school-based health care program that maximizes the use of available federal dollars to support school based access to health care for students and their families.  In developing the model, the Department shall (i) work with one or more school divisions to develop and implement the model program and (ii) electronically disseminate information about the model program to all school divisions, including information on how to replicate the model.  The Department of Medical Assistance Services shall amend the state plan for Medical Assistance Services as necessary to implement the model program and promulgate emergency regulations to become effective within 280 days or less from the enactment of this act."
