"BBB.  Effective July 1, 2004, the Department of Medical Assistance Services shall decrease the amount of matching federal Medicaid funds that it retains for administrative costs associated with the billing of school health services to Medicaid by school divisions to provide health services to Medicaid-eligible special education students.  The Department participation shall decrease the amount of federal matching funds retained for state administrative costs by 25 percent the first year and 10 percent the second year."
