A. Out of the amounts for Appellate Review shall be paid:
1. The annual salary of the Chief Justice, $144,465 from July 1, 2004, to November 24, 2004, $144,465 from November 25, 2004, to November 24, 2005, and $148,799 from November 25, 2005, to June 30, 2006.
2. The annual salaries of the six (6) Associate Justices, each $135,505 from July 1, 2004, to November 24, 2004, $135,505 from November 25, 2004, to November 24, 2005, and $139,570 from November 25, 2005, to June 30, 2006.
3. To each justice, $6,500 the first year and $6,500 the second year, in lieu of travel and all other expenses incurred incident to the conduct of the business of the Court, except lodging expenses incurred while conducting the business of the Court, said expenses to be paid out of the current appropriation to the Court.
B. There is hereby reappropriated the unexpended balance remaining at the close of business on June 30, 2004, in the appropriation made in Item 26, Chapter 1042, Acts of Assembly of 2003, in the subprogram Other Court Costs and Allowances (Criminal Fund) and the balance remaining in this subprogram on June 30, 2005.
