(This amendment provides $100,000 in the first year and $150,000 in the second year from the general fund to support the production costs of "They Closed Our Schools," a documentary film chronicling the Civil Rights Era crisis in the Prince Edward County, Virginia, public schools. The County became one of the defendants in the historic Supreme Court case Brown v. Board of Education. This film will support the development of the African-American heritage trails in Virginia tourism programs.)
