(This amendment provides general fund support for the Potomac Aquatic Plant Control Program, which is a bi-state cost share effort designed to control nuisance aquatic plants in embayments along the Potomac River from Alexandria, to King George. These plants interfere or restrict recreational, commercial, and emergency access to the river.)
