A. The annual salaries of county or city commissioners of the revenue shall be as hereinafter prescribed, except as otherwise provided in § 15.2-1636.12, Code of Virginia. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the Compensation Board shall reimburse cities and counties 50 percent of the salary amounts hereinafter prescribed.
