Page 462, after line 10, insert:
"B.  The Department of Transportation shall fabricate and install a sign on I-81 North at the border of Virginia and Tennessee stating "You are Entering the Upper Tennessee River Basin."  The Department shall also fabricate and install a sign on I-81 South at the border of Virginia and Tennessee stating "You are Leaving the Upper Tennessee River Basin."

Explanation
(This amendment provides funding for the fabrication and installation of signs in the I-81 corridor to increase awareness of water quality efforts in the Upper Tennessee River Basin.)
