Explanation
(This amendment restores general fund appropriations substituted for federal TANF funds in the introduced budget ($1.0 million the first year and $2.5 million the second year), reinstates $150,000 each year for Hampton Healthy Start, adds $340,502 the second year for a 10 percent increase in funding for existing sites, and adds $65,000 the second year for new site development.)
