Explanation
(This amendment provides $81,058 the first year and $130,804 the second year from the general fund for increased expenses associated with an increase in the number of applicants for the state bar. All expenses of the State Board of Bar Examiners are covered by fees paid by applicants. These fees are deposited to the general fund. Accordingly, this amendment is intended be paid for with a projected increase in general fund revenues equal to the cost of this amendment. The increase in general fund revenues is captured on the revenue page.)
