(This amendment restores funding for new medications for seriously mentally ill individuals, provided by the 2000 General Assembly and subsequently eliminated in the introduced budget. The elimination of the funding in the introduced budget assumed $1.0 million in "productivity" savings and $1.0 million in "executive management" savings.)
