A. Costs for professional regulation may be met by fees paid by the respective professions.
B. Out of this appropriation, $40,000 the first year and $40,000 the second year from the general fund is provided for the Board of Nursing to collect, store, and make available to interested parties workforce data from registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nurse aides.
