"Out of this appropriation, $100,000 from the general fund the second year is provided for nursing scholarships and loan repayment for registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nurse aides who agree to work in a long-term care facility for a period of time as determined in regulations established by the Board of Nursing."
