Page 573, following line 36, insert:
"On or before June 30, 2002, the State Comptroller shall transfer an amount not to exceed $1,450,000 from the general fund to the general account to repay the Treasury loan provided to Virginia Geographic Information Services in the Department of Technology Planning for implementation of the Virginia Digital Orthgophotography Program.  In the event the amount of the loan balance at the date of repayment is less than $1,450,000 the entire loan balance shall be paid off."
