A. The Director of the Department of Planning and Budget is authorized to transfer appropriations from this Item to agencies and institutions to achieve the purpose of this appropriation.
B. Out of this amount, $1,000,000 is provided for architectural and engineering fees to develop design drawings for the exterior and interior renovation of the Finance Building.
C. Out of this appropriation, up to $575,000, along with funds from other sources as may be identified by the Virginia Community College System, is provided for architectural and engineering fees to develop design drawings for the construction of the Culpeper Center of Germanna Community College.
