Funding for atypical medications and children's mental health services shall not be reduced below the level provided in Chapter 1073 of the 2000 Session."
Explanation
(This amendment prohibits "management savings" in the introduced budget to be applied in ways that would adversely affect agency services. Also, proposed cuts in funding for atypical medications and children's mental health services are fully restored.)
