Explanation
(The proposed budget included the transfer of four positions and related funding in FY 2001 and FY 2002 from the Department of Transportation to the Department of the Treasury. This amendment eliminates the first year transfer and funding because of the current existing vacancies at Treasury and lack of distinctions between the roles of the two staff. In the second year, the proposed transfer is reduced to two positions and associated funding. )
