Explanation
(This amendment would provide pre-planning funds for a regional Convocation Center to serve economic, tourism and educational needs. The facility would provide space for the Center for Teaching Excellence as well as convention, meeting, and event space for the College and the region. The College is seeking matching funds to the Tobacco Indemnification Board to support this request.)
