A. The amounts for Central Warehousing Services shall be paid solely from revenues derived from charges for services. The estimated cost is $45,425,287 the first year and $45,425,287 the second year.
B. The Department of General Services shall provide a report to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees by October 1, 2000, regarding the Department's current program for procuring surplus federal supplies and equipment which can be transferred at little or no cost to local schools or local governments, and any alternatives for improving such services.
