"
B.   No state operated retail store shall be discontinued without public notice and an affirmative vote of the governing bodies of the county, city and/or town in which the store is located. The Board, at least sixty days prior to such proposed closure, shall cause a copy of such notice to be (i) posted in a conspicuous location at the store proposed to be closed and (ii) published at least once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in or having general circulation in the locality wherein the store is located. The Board shall, contemporaneously with such public notice, notify the local governing bodies of the affected localities, of the proposal for closure.  The Board shall report to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees as to the closure of any retail store and the projected effect on revenues to the Commonwealth and her localities of such closure."
