(This amendment provides $150,000 from the general fund the second year for DEQ to establish, maintain and promote a toll free "hot-line" phone number, web site and printed materials so that Virginians can receive information as to the proper collection and disposal of used motor oil, used oil filters, and used anti-freeze.)
