"B.  The Secretary of Natural Resources shall review all available federal funding through the Conservation and Reinvestment Act, the Land and Water Conservation Act and any other federal funds available to the Commonwealth for land or water conservation efforts and shall report his findings to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees by December 1 of each year.  The report shall include an evaluation of such federal programs available, including requirements for state or local matching funds, along with recommendations for maximizing allocation of all such funds to the Commonwealth."

Explanation
(This amendment requires the Secretary of Natural Resources to examine all federal funds for land or water conservation available to Virginia and report to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees.)
