Page 307, after line 48, insert:
"C. The Department of Medical Assistance Services shall enter into agreements with the Department of Education and the Department of Health so that children receiving free or reduced-fee school lunches and/or services through the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program are identified for outreach efforts, receive assistance in completing applications and receive expedited eligibility determinations for the Family Access to Medical Insurance Security program on a streamlined basis."

(This amendment requires coordination between several agencies to improve outreach and enrollment of children in the children's health insurance program.)
