A. Out of the amounts for Appellate Review shall be paid:
1. The annual salary of the Chief Justice, $136,839 from July 1, 2000, to November 24, 2000, $141,286 from November 25, 2000, to November 24, 2001, and $141,286 $146,231 from November 25, 2001, to June 30, 2002.
2. The annual salaries of the six (6) Associate Justices, each at $128,352 from July 1, 2000, to November 24, 2000, $132,523 from November 25, 2000, to November 24, 2001, and $132,523 $137,161 from November 25, 2001, to June 30, 2002.
3. To each justice, $6,500 the first year and $6,500 the second year, in lieu of travel and all other expenses incurred incident to the conduct of the business of the Court, except lodging expenses, incurred while conducting the business of the Court, for expenses not otherwise reimbursed, said expenses to be paid out of the current appropriation to the Court.
B. There is hereby reappropriated the unexpended balance remaining at the close of business on June 30, 2000, in the appropriation made in Item 25, Chapter 935, Acts of Assembly of 1999, in the subprogram Other Court Costs and Allowances (Criminal Fund) and the balance remaining in this subprogram on June 30, 2001.
