"B.  In the allocation of grants to arts organizations, the Commission shall not consider any other general funds which may be appropriated to an arts organization elsewhere in this act, nor shall any funds appropriated elsewhere in this act supplant those grants which may be allocated from this appropriation."

Explanation
(This amendment directs that the Commission for the Arts cannot reduce grants to be awarded to an eligible arts organization because the organization received general funds through a separate appropriation in this act.)
