Explanation
(This amendment increases the Maximum Employment Level of the Department of Military Affairs in each year by 75.0 FTE, to enable the Virginia National Guard to operate the training facilities at Fort Pickett. These positions are federally-funded. A companion amendment to Item 530.M. eliminates language which would have placed these positions in a central account.)
