"Home delivered meals shall not require cost sharing until such time as federal law permits cost sharing with Older Americans Act funding."

Explanation
(This amendment provides additional funding for the provision of meals to homebound elderly persons who are unable to cook for themselves. The funds will help meet the needs of older persons currently on the waiting lists of Area Agencies on Aging.)
