Explanation
(This amendment provides $6.0 million from the general fund and $1.0 million from the federal Social Services Block Grant in the second year for the Comprehensive Services Act, to fund caseload increases projected by the Office of Comprehensive Services. A portion of the caseload increase is expected to be served in the federal IV-E foster care program, which was funded in the introduced budget. Separate amendments eliminate proration and restore sum sufficiency for these services.)
