Explanation
(This amendment corrects the appropriation for basic aid, enrollment loss, and no loss payments as a result of the changes in the estimates of sales tax revenues dedicated to public education and the passage of HB 2482. A companion amendment is being made to Item 141 to make the offsetting adjustments in the sales tax appropriation.)
