Page 404, line 38, after "C-53.10" strike the reminder of the line through line 42, and insert:
"The Special Funds provided for in this item shall be made available from deposits to the Conservation Resources Fund, pursuant to Chapter 931, 1993 Acts of Assembly, as amended.  This appropriation provides $950,000 for Improvements to the Kiptopeake Ferry Terminal (15536) and $800,000 for Acquisition of  the New River Trail Campground (15685), both as originally authorized in Chapter 966, 1994 Acts of Assembly.  The Director of the Department of Planning and Budget is herewith authorized to provide a treasury loan to the Department of Conservation and Recreation for these projects, in anticipation of receipt of the nongeneral funds described above."

Explanation
(This amendment continues two park improvement projects originally authorized in 1994, which are to be funded with proceeds from the sale of certain portions of Camp Pendleton to the City of Virginia Beach. The amendment further authorizes a treasury loan in anticipation of receipt of the revenues owed the Commonwealth.)
