"B.  The Auditor of Public Accounts shall conduct a follow-up study of his December 31, 1991, report entitled "Report on Delegated Procurement Authority," and shall report his findings to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees no later than December 1, 1997.  The Auditor's report shall also address specific procedures the Commonwealth follows for the procurement of personal computers, peripheral equipment, software and maintenance, and shall compare procurement methods and delegated procurement authority in Virginia to that in other states."

(This amendment directs the Auditor of Public Accounts to conduct a follow-up study on certain issues related to procurement.)
