Explanation
(This amendment would allow another 24,425 of Virginia's K-3 school children to benefit from the General Assembly's K-3 Reduced Class Size Initiative. With the additional funding, over 65 percent of Virginia's K-3 school children would be in classes with fewer students. Currently, 58 percent of K-3 school children are benefiting from reduced class sizes.)
