The principal amounts for certain projects of the Virginia Public Building Authority, as authorized in Chapter 841 of the 1995 Acts of Assembly, are hereby amended as follows:

1. The principal amounts in the sixth enactment of Chapter 841 are increased to the sums shown, the additional amount to be used for equipment:

2. The authorization in the ninth enactment of Chapter 841 of $6,000,000 for two adult detention incarceration centers is stricken.
