A. Out of the amount for Disaster Operations shall be paid to the Civil Air Patrol from the general fund $64,572 the first year and $64,572 the second year. The provisions of § 2.1-394.1, Code of Virginia, and § 4-5.07 of this act shall not apply to the Civil Air Patrol.
B. The amounts for Disaster Recovery include $150,000 the first year from the general fund as the 25 percent state share of hazard mitigation costs for the 1995 floods.
