"B.  The Commonwealth's Attorneys' Services and Training Council, with the assistance of the Department of Criminal Justice Services, shall review the impact of the provisions of Item 74, paragraph E, relating to the addition of prosecutorial positions in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts in jurisdictions with high levels of juvenile criminal prosecutions.  An interim report shall be presented to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees on November 15, 1997 with  a final report presented not later than November 15, 1998."
